We saw up close, the belief of our clients, the trust of our candidate community and most importantly the focus, purpose and passion of our team. The 3 day conference was filled with great insights, learning & take away’s from the L&D sessions, trainings, team engaging, bonding and catch up’s. The sessions conducted during the 3-day course were useful, thought provoking, yet fun. It gave us time to reflect and grow in many aspects of personal and professional life. We were also privileged to host some of our key clients, candidates and industry partners as speakers – their insights will help us in making our processes and approach that much stronger.

After our best ever half year performance, which saw many records broken, the WalkWater Talent team got together for two days of learning, team bonding, some work review and loads of fun.

It was a time to renew our belief in WalkWater values – Passion, Commitment, Inspirational, Innovative, Forward Looking and Integrity; and reaffirm our goal of being a world class company in every small thing we do.

This has been a journey of a series of small, well thought out steps leading to building an institution that truly impacts client talent needs and builds careers for senior professionals. The firm has now clearly emerged as a credible, expertise driven alternative to global Executive search firms. And we are only eleven years old !
